Jim was very honet ..I am dissapointed that I had 2 techs contradict each other. not only did I have 2 techs between teh 5 visits but each said a different thing. Asaresult every partwas ordered and still no dryer working

This man came over and helped us better than we got helped b4. Last time the fridge/freezer started working after the first man worked on it. He said the fam and thermo was broken. But when he bounced it started working. This guy replaced parts and was really professional. He has a calming affect on people and all 12 of my family really appreciate that he was so nice and that he fixed the problems 1,000 stars to your next employee of the month!! Please give the man a shout out for his great work. And if you can he really deserves employee of the month.
