Dryer issues
First of all, I wanna say thank you to Rick for coming on Friday. The weekend of Christmas. He was professional, polite and speedy called me 30 minutes before he made it to the residence and inform me on the full issue of the dryer, and show me the components of what was causing the issue and resolved it. He was very gracious, respected my home and respected me. And I wanted to tell him. Thank you and a happy holiday.

Keith was AWESOME
Keith was so helpful. My ice maker was leaking. Keith tightened up the one part that he could, but because our frig was so old, it was also leaking where the copper tubing was. He went to the hardware's website and sent me the link of what I would want to purchase to replace the copper tubing. Earlier that morning it turned out I had to submit a new claim on my front loading washer. So while he was here, he ended up getting "another ticket" but he was so happy to find out he didn't have to make an extra stop, because he was already here, for my washer. He thoroughly checked it out, I know because I was there the entire time. I feel he did all he could to locate the problem or recreate the leak, but he couldn't. It's leaked a little before, but nothing like it leaked when I filed my claim. Guess I'll just keep an eye on it and fine a new claim if it happens again, praying it doesn't though. Keith also gave me some very good and helpful tips on my washer, which I will use in the future. I just hope I get him if I ever need someone again, but praying I don't!
