Austin was friendly and helpful. He had to order a part that wasn’t expected for several days. When the part arrived the following day, I was contacted about moving up the repair appointment, so everything got fixed sooner. While the refrigerator was pulled out, he gave me a minute to vacuum up the debris and cat hair that had been under and behind the frig. Everything is working great now. I’m pleased with the service received.
