Our repair man Richard was awesome. He fixed my washer super quick and made me super happy that I dont have to go to the laundromat anymore! We also had John come out too, he was also great. We had a couple issues with our machine after Richard (no fault of his, just an old machine) and John came out and did a good job fixing what he could as well.
