After my home warranty company sent out two previous techs who could not diagnose my refrigerator correctly. They sent out Sears home repair. Mitch showed up and was able to diagnose the refrigerator and get me a replacement right away. In today’s world where a lot of skilled tradesman are disappearing. His 25 years of experience and professional showed.
