Keith was great. We troubleshooted the problem with my Maytag washer and were able to figure out what we can do until the replacement part available. He gave me a lot of good information and pointers. We also had him Service our Amana dryer and he was extremely thorough. Can't recommend enough.

Arrived when he said he would be here. Was very courteous and professional. Cleaned up all the mess from the dryer repair. Had the part with him and had the whole job completed in less than 2 hours!
