Austin seemed to know about refrigerators and his opinion was that the opening and closing of the freezer door over 12+ years could cause the fragile wires to rub together or even partially sever causing the sporadic non -function of the water dispenser. That is the definition of wear and tear.

Our technician, Glenda did a great job. She was very personable and knowledgeable. We did however have a very difficult time beforehand reaching customer support to set up our appointment. Not being able to reach a human was extremely frustrating. Sears needs to have a number where one can actually talk to someone when the auto bot can’t understand what the issue is!!
