The technician were great an courteous the problem was I had to wait 6 weeks to fix the cooktop. They kept sending the wrong part. It was a long wait.

This is difficult The technician was a 5 The service was a 2 Scheduled repair didn't show up Didn't communicate Waiting on parts Parts arrived.... no communication. THEN THEY MESSAGED & CALLED DAILY AS IF IT WAS ME WHO DIDN'T SHOW UP SHE DESERVES A RAISE FOR PUTTING UP WITH OFFICE & SCHEDULING Technician was above and beyond fabulous

Extremely frustrating experience. Technician left washer and dryer out of position. He told me we needed an electrician, because the dryer wasn’t getting any power, when he had unplugged it while moving it. Unable to talk to anyone to check on the part that was back ordered.

Sears man came to our house today. He coulded not find the leak in our Washing Machine. Last week another Sears person installed a new pump and shock absorbers. After that, the washer continued to leak. I want another visit, and this time we will run an entire cycle and he/she can see the leak. The leak now is even worse than before and could cause a problem with the wooden floor outside of the laundry room. HELP!

If you don’t want get fleeced, DO NOT use these people. The technicians are wonderful but the billing is atrocious. I needed a new gasket for my freezer drawer and the cost of the gasket from LG is $85.94, Sears charged me $157.90. The worst part, is the technician was at my house for 15 minutes total. He pulled the old gasket out and snapped the new one in. For this, I got charged $319.95 for labor. He accomplished this in less than 5 minutes. I realized that I am a female and they took full advantage of that. So, buyer beware. These are not honest people.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THEY WILL CHEAT YOU. To bad you cannot give negative stars. The person they sent to my house was not even going to look at my refrigerator! I had to verbally beg for him to do his job. Without even giving it a glance said it could not be fixed! He arrived 45 min early then did not want to give me time to empty the unit so he could even do a cursory assessment. Took me alittle less than 8 min to completely empty it. He said once again, before assessing it, it could not be fixed. When i finally got him to look at it, he saidthat it had been over filled and he needed to be paid before he could leave. He did remove a panel that I requested him to do. This was a 3,000 dollar refrigerator. He did nothing to help or fix or anything! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Just try to speak with a human being on the phone and you will see how difficult (impossible) that is. No person to talk to, so I tried to get email address. No address received. Then I texted through their A.I. creature and got to Kendal, who may or may not have been a person. He gave me an email address that did not work. I copy/pasted the address and it did not work. Dishonest!
