The guy was quick to come out, but he needed to order the part. Took our money and keeps canceling follow up appointments. And I am still trying to get my money back. It is all AI driven so you can’t talk to a real human. Run from this company as fast as you can!!

Nice guy but he told me parts were not available anymore yet I can find them on amazon. Instead of testing sensor and harness or stator, claimed id need whole new motor for $1200. Just doesn’t seem right.

Terrible, did not even attempt to do the job. Informed me since the tag with the model number is missing I have to get a new service provider. Apparently, other repair companies can fix it but not Sears. I guess Sears is stupid or they think I am. The dude just wanted to go home. No attempt was made despite the fact I had all the original paperwork.

Craft ice on my LG fridge stopped working. Fridge still under warranty. The repair was supposed to happen today between 1 to 5pm. Called me at 3:30 to tell me that he cannot see my address in the system, so they are cancelling my appointment and to call LG. Made sure to call LG & told them I don't want to do business with your company. Thank you.

Austin was awesome. Very nice and explained everything. My issue was I had to pay $129.00 for absolutely no reason. He was there for literally 5 min. Total rip off. I don’t recommend using their services. Or maybe giving a refund to customers who didn’t even get anything out of the visit from the repair man. $129.00 for 5 minutes. I wasted more time waiting for the service guy to show up and could’ve been working 😠🙄🙄
