Austin was professional. Dealing with Sears is an experience I will not repeat. Took over a month to get a $54.00 part delivered. Service to replace part was scheduled time and again without ever contacting me for agreed date and time. Thinking the majority of the world doesn't work on Sears' schedule. I know mine doesn't. WILL NOT call them again. I'd rather do without a microwave for the rest of my life than to deal with Sears again.

They are very good in talking when you schedule. Their techs are not skilled. The person direct 2 hours finding problem with our dishwasher. He could not tell us what was wrong. He just reset the error code and reassembled it. It worked for a while but showed the same error code again. There is no way to contact them again because the phone call is handled by an AI automated response.

Appointment was set up from 8-12pm lady(Glenda)calls me at 10:18 am and tells me I’m next and should be there after asking directions to my house. She calls me at 2:25 after I left to go do errands and I told her my son will be there in 5 minutes she refused to wait and then she texted me at 2:34 saying she has to go and for me to reschedule the appointment ! Seriously I’ve been without a stove for 5 days

Did not fix the issue. Not even close. When my son brought to attention that the seals were still leaking he said it was to late he had already closed the ticket. There were 2 forms emailed to me one was a release for damages. Both were supposedly signed by me.THEY WERE NOT. NEVER LET SEARS DARKEN YOUR DOOR.

We're still waiting for someone to contact us about replacing the deepfreeze.( Attention we are still waiting for someone to let us know what is going to be done about the deepfreeze .

A ripoff. Tech lacked familiarity with the washer and was unable to diagnose or repair because he could not remove pump access panel. Recommended calling another repair company which I did. They easily diagnosed and repaired no problem. Sears charged $119 for a failed inspection.

Worst company ever. Misdiagnosed, made me pay up front for part that wasn’t needed,(over $700), still haven’t received refund, told me could not fix part it needed after several service calls (one which no one showed). You cannot talk to anyone, if you can, they will not help. DO nOT USE this company!!!!!!!!

The technician was very unprofessional. Refused to work on my washer because he visually couldn’t see the model number on the unit even through I had the model and serial number on my paperwork from Best Buy. Not to mention a picture of it. Would not recommend using them for any kind of repair issues.
