Rick was top notch pro who fixed the problem and then went beyond his repair to cleaning up underneath the stove top, which I would of done, but he cleaned up the mess that mice leave behind. Very professional and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to have him be the repairman again.

As soon as Keith saw what was going on, he immediately knew the problem. Keith was very neat, and careful not to damage any of the internal parts while getting to the problem. Keith definitely needs a raise!!
