He did a great job finding the issue, he thinks he fixed it we will soon see, he said to run it often and see if it leaks again. If it does he said call back. I have 30 days to make sure it's fixed. 6-12-26

Keith has worked hard to get our refrigerator running. But for some reason it still has not worked. No freezer, no ice, no cool refrigerator. We need to have him back to see if he can diagnose the problem. We would appreciate it.

He was nice and knowledgeable. After he left I washed 1 load and went to wash a second load and it was doing the same thing before he came out to repair it. I think the belt came off like it did in September when it was repaired and they had to come back out the next day to put the belt back on.
