Keith is the best!
Keith is professional, friendly and most of all extremely caring about giving the customer the very best service. He knows how to repair and get the appliance working if possible. He is the best technician we've ever had do repairs for us.

Apperantly there's a shortage of needed parts for the Samsung washer. They were found and Mr.Rick did the install today. He was very informative and explained how the parts functioned. It was an enjoyable experience.
