Keith definitely went above and beyond for me. Very quick and very informative while resolving my issue. Would highly recommend to anyone. I was planning on dropping CHW after the service I received prior to Sears getting involved. Mitch and Keith restored my faith in CHW and as long as you folks are involved AND I can request you...I will stay with them. When you folks are gone - SO AM I.

Technicians are great. But, you really need to find a way to narrow the window of arrival. Your message board finally gave details early afternoon 2:00or so-and said arrival would be around 9:10. ???! People sit at home all day when they have other things to do. Even AM or PM would help. Even a 4 hour window would be better!
