Our technician was polite, kind, respectful and was timely in arrival. We were notified when he was on the way to our home. He assessed the problem and ordered the parts. He day that he came to do the actual repair, we were notified yet again when he was on the way. He changed the parts quickly and our machine seems to be working fine. Very pleased with the quality of service.

We have a home warranty and they sent a man out yesterday who said my refrigerator had a leak in the coolant line and he didn't do that kind of repair. Next a technician from A&E came out today. He immediately diagnosed the problem, the compressor, and had all the parts on his truck to fix it. I was so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of this technician that if possible I will request him for anything that goes wrong again. I highly recommend A&E and Mitch.
