Great service bad scheduling
You guys need to work on your scheduling. Giving someone a 0800-1700 time window is ludicrous. I had to cancel my entire day. The tech (Keith) showed up at almost 1600 and was able to complete the repair quickly. By that time my entire day was shot. Please fix this system
