Thank you to my seers home warranty, technician, Rick! He was courteous, professional, and quick! Fortunately, for me, he did not have to order parts, but had what we needed on his truck and I can now get back to washing clothes again. I'm a happy lady:)

Richard looked at washer a week ago and was to get parts and return today. I received an email saying Keith would be here. I tried to call and explain that the tech should be Richard, but all I could get was a computer. I said Representative and tried several numbers from the menu. I finally gave up. VERY frustrating system! But, Techs are good!
