Aaron is truly an amazing technician, he has appropriately diagnosed it within the first visit and order the part it needed at the time. He's also amazing because even though GED can't send the right part to him, he still comes out, pulls it apart verifies the part is incorrect and he does so while driving 45 minutes one-way an hour and a half with the return Travel. Aaron deserves a raise, and I thank him very much for being so well-adjusted to these nuisances. Aaron is amazing, GE could improve its game at minimum to get the right part the first time or at least the right information the first time so that Aaron's time which is so valuable is not wasted. Look forward to seeing you next time, Aaron, hopefully GE gets it sorted for us, thanks again
