Randal was an excellent technician. He diagnosed the issue with my washer accurately after earlier technicians missed the root problem. He ordered the needed parts and made the necessary repairs. It works better than it has since it was installed. Thank you Randal!

Mitch was very professional. Seem to know his job really well. Answered a bunch of other calls from other workers kept working well. He diagnosed the problem fixed it and was in and out very quickly. It's still cooling down not sure on everything yet but it does seem to be cooling thank you
