The problem was not the washing machine itself. I am a disabled Veteran and I have a home health aide. Mitch said that she didn't completely tighten the pump filter after she drained the water. I told him that wen she comes back to work, I will tell her not to touch the filter. I will do it myself. He did use his wet-dry vacuum to get the water out of the pedestal drawer. Mitch has a great personality. Thanks.
