Rick called in the first few hours of the morning to let me know when I could expect him. He was right within that time frame which I greatly appreciate. He handled himself very professionally and I felt it was a great experience!

I have a range/oven that is 30+ years old. The first repair man researched, found and ordered the part. The two repair persons who came out later had to spend some time figuring how to install the part since it is an old range. They were successful, thank God.
