Good customer service with Troy. Did a great job on our ice maker. BUT customer service with Sears appliance repair is absolute a joke. No way to contact anyone to say that time will not work. No ONE to complain to.

The technician was great. My only problem was all the forms they sent me called it a refrigerator. It is not a refrigerator. It is a freezer!
