John Fields is very knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. Because of his outstanding character and integrity, I trust his opinion on any and all appliances and systems. Out of all the repairman of any kind, from any company, he has been the best. Not only is he an outstanding repairman, he is an exceptional person as well. I wish all people were more like him. He cares about what he does and about how well he does it.

The technician was friendly and came prepaid,last service people I used took a week ,they assessed the problem ,left came back ,left had to order more parts and came back by the time it was fixed it was 3 weeks. So I'm so excited over this service and the tech. Thank you all BR

Randal was the technician that arrived at my home he was very polite and friendly. He was able to spot the issue and got it fixed. I hope I don't have anymore appliance issues but if I do I hope they send Randal again. Sears is very lucky to have Randal working for them. He provides excellent customer service

He introduced himself he also mentioned he was from Sears here to fix my washer and dryer he asked me to show him what the issues were I did he solved the problem right away which I greatly appreciate it also he was very polite and nice told me what to do and not what to do so this wouldn't happen again with the knobs on the washer and the dryer very informative. I am very satisfied.

The repairman did a quick and good job. However there was a delay because the new parts wasn’t delivered in a timely manner. It took over 2 weeks for our repair to be completed!
