The news was bad.... we seem to be hitting bad news all over the boards right now with everything lol, but the guy that came by was quick, efficient and explained everything in a way that made sense to us. It was worth the money to know we need to go shopping for yet another appliance.

Randal was very helpful and worked with (AHS) to try and repair the dishwasher, but in the end it was more cost effective to just replace the unit rather than try and repair. Randal gets a 5 star, but the joke AI junk customer service should get a negative 5 star review. I have never had a more worse experience with customer service than I did with the Sears customer service. It took an act of god and a lot of frustration to finally speak to a human, only for her to not be able to help me on my issue. All I wanted to know was the update of the tech due to not showing up between scheduled times and instead of getting an answer the AI system changed my appointment time. Luckily Randal the tech saw that and reached out to me and resolved everything. Thank you Randal for your help.
