I’m giving this tech 5 stars simply because he plugged in my burner wires on my glass top stove. The last guy that came to fix it said it needed a new wiring harness because the existing one had shorts in it and was arcing. Today’s tech said that wasn’t true that the burner plug wires were disconnected. He plugged it in and now the burner works. I’ve had many problems with this range and I get a different tech every time. I think they all need more training. I’m not happy.
