After several reschedules. When he was in home he was quick and efficient. Found out that that the service tech cannot schedule their own appointments. Scheduling always schedules too many appointments to the techs daily. It is not the tech’s fault for the habitual rescheduling.

Good customer service with Troy. Did a great job on our ice maker. BUT customer service with Sears appliance repair is absolute a joke. No way to contact anyone to say that time will not work. No ONE to complain to.
