Arrival times are too wide a variance. You need to provide a shorter arrival window and you should arrive in that window.

It has not made any ice, and the freezer light is off. This is originally how it all started. It shows the fridge is 37° but the thermometer shows 50°. It was showing 37° when it was broke and it was 70° in the fridge.

Giving a window of 8am-5pm is not very helpful. My tenant had to wait all day because we never knew when they were coming. I got a text around 3:30 saying he was on the way and then didn't show up until almost 5. Was rude when he was there, said it would be 2-3 hrs when he got there and either go to back room or open windows (98 degrees outside). Took almost 4hrs. When it says he available until 5, we figure work will be complete by then, as plans were made for that evening. First time the person was sent out, they hadn't received the updated contact info or the address that the service was supposed to be at. So I had to call back to get it reset up and make sure the correct info was sent, he wasn't going to go there without the correct information. I could never get a live person on the phone to discuss anything with, always AI. I don't know how to get a hold of the local place it kept going to the same automated service First time we had this part replaced fridgidaire with warranty used a different place. I'll request them again next time. after talking to my typical repair person, it doesn't appear there was a problem but apparently this service person didn't know when the issue was described and specific info shared.

We are happy with the repair it solved our problem. Communication was great. Rec'd several emails regarding the status at every step. The only downside is the $500 price tag for replacing a water valve.

After being scheduled for three times, service tech make it to our house. Communication was very poor. Don't like the AI help. Never was told the service man was not coming, they just never came and we had arranged our schedule to accommodate the appointments. The service man that finally came today was fine.
