He fixed the machine, but his attitude and behavior didn't give a strong sense of confidence. Certain comments he made have me worried if the machine will have more issues later. Spent a lot of time sitting and petting the dogs.

He refused to clean out behind the dishwasher by just running our vacuum over the cobwebs.He also refused to hook the water line back up to it. Also he did not put back the trim and plastic seals on each side, that he took off to pull the machine out. I was not impressed with him at all. He had a bad attitude. My first repairman that came out was much much better!!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. We’ve had our refrigerator part for a month now, and our technician has rescheduled on us 4 times. That’s 4 days of work missed just for this guy, Terence, to reschedule. No phone call or anything just a message saying it’s been rescheduled. Then when you call, all I get is an AI lady and nothing is ever resolved. I’ve never been more frustrated, because who knows if our refrigerator is ever going to get fixed at this point. I can’t seem to talk to a human for anything to get some kind of answers.

Unable to speak to a person, service technician late

Did not show up to fix the washer, but yet it was marked completed and a receipt was sent. I can't get a hold of anyone!

Nobody showed up to rate. Got message saying technician was on way. Half hour later wanted me to rate. I can not rate something or someone that has not showed. When I called company they said they couldn't help because tech said he was there and installed new part and closed the work order. The new part is since sitting on top of my appliance. Company will not help since repair tech lied.

The service man was courteous however when he was leaving he said it was fixed (he had installed the part that had been ordered) and I had to take a phone call as he was telling me this. Today, September 7, 2024 I did my first load of laundry since he installed the part on September 5 and the machine did the same thing as before he worked on it, did not fill on rinse cycle. I am very unhappy as i do not want to pay another $100 for a service person to come again and not fix it.

Michael was great. Very polite and he listened to my concerns. Sears on the other hand is TERRIBLE! I will NEVER use this company again! They were here to fix my dryer 5 times. Each time for the same problem! 3 no shows!!!! I waited all day 3 different times for a technician to come per email from Sears and no one came. No one called to reschedule. Sears service SUCKS!!!! The call center is awful. I left messages for a manager to call me 2 weeks ago, still no call back!! No one wants to actually help me get to the bottom of my dryer issue. My dryer is only 1 1/2 years old. I’ve never in my life have been so frustrated with a company!

I spent 20 minutes talking to a stupid computer! All I want is a wash machine belt and a REAL person to talk to!!
