Did not show up to fix the washer, but yet it was marked completed and a receipt was sent. I can't get a hold of anyone!

Nobody showed up to rate. Got message saying technician was on way. Half hour later wanted me to rate. I can not rate something or someone that has not showed. When I called company they said they couldn't help because tech said he was there and installed new part and closed the work order. The new part is since sitting on top of my appliance. Company will not help since repair tech lied.

The service man was courteous however when he was leaving he said it was fixed (he had installed the part that had been ordered) and I had to take a phone call as he was telling me this. Today, September 7, 2024 I did my first load of laundry since he installed the part on September 5 and the machine did the same thing as before he worked on it, did not fill on rinse cycle. I am very unhappy as i do not want to pay another $100 for a service person to come again and not fix it.

Michael was great. Very polite and he listened to my concerns. Sears on the other hand is TERRIBLE! I will NEVER use this company again! They were here to fix my dryer 5 times. Each time for the same problem! 3 no shows!!!! I waited all day 3 different times for a technician to come per email from Sears and no one came. No one called to reschedule. Sears service SUCKS!!!! The call center is awful. I left messages for a manager to call me 2 weeks ago, still no call back!! No one wants to actually help me get to the bottom of my dryer issue. My dryer is only 1 1/2 years old. I’ve never in my life have been so frustrated with a company!

I spent 20 minutes talking to a stupid computer! All I want is a wash machine belt and a REAL person to talk to!!
