I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Sears Appliance Repair! Leonard was absolutely outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and friendly from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the repair process in simple terms, and had everything fixed faster than I expected. He even took the time to give me tips on how to keep my appliance running smoothly. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days, and Leonard truly went above and beyond.
