Michael was professional and competent. He found and fixed the problem with the washing machine, Ran it to test it and made sure all the settings were right before he left. I greatly appreciate that he called at 8.10 this morning to tell me that I was 4th on his schedule and would call me when he completed 3rd to let me know he was on his way. I appreciate this courtesy as I didn't have to wonder every minute when he would be here.

Johnny did a great job on the repair. He demonstrated very good knowledge of the fridge and was willing to talk me through what was actually wrong with the refrigerator. They were very prompt when assigned to my claim.
