Joe Genuinely wanted to fix my washing machine and took the time to to listen to me explain my problem, and even listened to a recording of the noise it was making. He found one thing in particular that could possibly make that noise and fixed that issue. Machine was not making that noise after that, and usually would have by that point in the cycle. Great guy, a pleasure having him in my house and as our repairman.
