Leonard fixed the dryer but he didn't let me know when he was leaving and he didn't get the unit all the way back in it's original position.

Repair man came out 9/24 and ordered our part. I received my part on 9/25 and was scheduled 9/26. That Sunday sears rescheduled my appointment for 10/6 because the part hadnt came in but it had, it was shipped to my home and then on 10/5 they rescheduled my appointment again to 10/13. I tried calling sears several times but the call center is all AI and I couldn’t reach a real person. I called American home sheilds and they couldn’t reach anyone either. So they sent an email that never got responded to. I even called the technician Leonard and he either wouldn’t answer or told me he would put me on the schedule and then we never heard from anyone. Very frustrating when you can’t speak to a real person to let them know the part was received

Huge Disappointment! Initial visit the technician came totally unprepared but found a leak in the AC coil. Obtained approval to replace and came out a second time but only recharged the system, knowing full well there was a leak. Cancelled the third appointment after he was to have been here, due to rain earlier in the day. Wanted to reschedule for next month. After 31 days without heat or air, James wanted to reschedule for 11 more days.

I had a very unpleasant experience with our Sears technician over the course of two visits, and I hope to never have him in our home again. I understand that everyone has a different sense of humor, but his manner and joking were highly unprofessional. I tried to give him social cues that I felt his jokes were inappropriate—to no avail. It felt like he knew he was being inappropriate and enjoyed watching me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, he beckoned me several times from the other room (by my first name) to help hand him a tool or part that he couldn’t reach. Finally, at the end of the service, he asked me to help him push the dryer back into place. When I tried and said it was too heavy, he said nothing and simply waited for me to try again. I felt very upset by both visits. When I tried to call the local company to speak with a supervisor, all I got was an automated system.

This was the worse service I ever had. Leonard came out to "fixed" the issue. Stayed less the 5 minutes and disappeared completely. Forged my signature and stated that service was completed and repair was fixed. Asked for them to come back and had the appointment schedule , which Sears cancelled stating that the issue was resolved. Cannot get a hold of person to get this issue resolve.

Lenord was very unprofessional. I simply asked for an estimate on a service and he flat out refused. I tried calling him, but my feeling is in his emotional state he wouldn’t listen to exactly what we needed. His answer was he couldn’t hear me while on the phone. Tried texting but he refused to help unless he talked to my spouse.
