I'm editing this review after Sears' response. Very polite response that didn't mean a thing. The information they needed is in this review but I also sent them a message like they requested. NO RESPONSE FROM SEARS! Original review: First I had to wait two weeks for a technician to come and fix my A/C. Within 24 hours, it was having the same issue as before! They tell me so sorry but it will be another two weeks for them to get someone back out! TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Worst experience I have ever had. They took my money months ago and my appliance is not repaired, and it is impossible to get in contact with a person. Save yourself the annoyance and do not use sears home appliance.

He did a great job but almost $400 for a $30 part is crazy. Talk about sticking ut to someone. I had to replace this part before. Took me about 30min and the part cost me around $25. This is what happens when you are out of town for a few days and have to get things done. Never again!

I just cancelled the second reschedule of my service appt. Yesterday they rescheduled day of before 8am and just now- last minute - they rescheduled today’s appt for tomorrow. Super disappointing. I’ll be looking for another option going forward.

Service was just fine. My complaint is that I was rescheduled twice without any warning until the last minute.
