TIM DID A GREAT JOB, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT WAS NEEDED AND PROCEEDED TO FIX THE BURNER. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS SCHEDULING HE DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL AFTER 7:00 PM AFTER WAITING ALL AFTERNOON. HOWEVER, HE KEPT US INFORMED BY TEXT AND EMAIL. I DO NOT FAULT TIM FOR THIS AS HE DOES NOT SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENTS AND I REALIZE THAT THERE IS A SCARICITY OF QUALIFIED TECHNICIANS. TIM IS A RELIABLE EMPLOYEE AND THIS WAS A HOLIDAY WEEKEND AND HE FULFILLED HIS OBLIGATION. HE SHOULD BE COMMENDED!!!

Joseph was great. He was efficient, friendly, competent and got the job done.Everything appears to be working fine. Tough without the use of our refrigerator for 7 days So glad its done and again working fine now.
