Called 20 minutes before he came; was in the time specified; found a quick solution to my washing machine problem. Because of my poor eyesight, he helped me pay the bill via my cell phone - his patience was much appreciated. He was pleasant and courteous. I'd recommend him and Sears again for appliance repairs.
