Poor customer service!

The technician was fine. But I would never recommend Sears service because my scheduled appt. Last week was a no show. No notified me as to why. I was unable to speak to a human even though I tried phone , chat, email. Poor customer service!

Dishwasher repair

Used my dishwasher last night. Still have same problem. He did not fix it. I want my money refunded or come back and fix it

Very bad experience

Called sears to repair my refrigerator, the technician came and said that he cannot repair a built in fridge and couldn't find the model of the fridge, so no service was provided and he left. Then 5 minutes later I was able to find the model number inside the fridge, so I called him back and he wont answer although I am seeing him still standing in his van on the street. 2 minutes later he comes in stating that he needs to collect the deductible!!! This is insane and unethical, why should I pay him a deductible and no service is provided?

Completely bad experience will never hire again

We weren't sure if the technician knew what he was doing or if the diagnosis was correct. He wanted to replace everything because he didn't know what was going on. We didn't go with the repair analysis because I didn't want him in my house anymore. He didn't really know how to test water to the fridge and kept guessing as to whether water was getting there. I would have normally paid the repair but did not want to deal with your company anymore. Advice: concentrate on what customer wants, a repaired refrigerator not a home warranty. The effort should be to know about repair and diagnostics. Completely unsure of the parts would fix the problem. I can't believe I wasted time and money and still don't have a working refrigerator

Terrible service from Sears

Called for refrigerator service on 9/14/23. Technician came out 9/25. He thought he fixed it, left and broke again after 3 hours. It was the same error code. Called that day and he was to return that day and never did. A new appointment was set for 10/2. No one ever showed up instead I get an e-mail changing the appointment date to 10/11. Technician shows up on 10/11, thought he fixed it and 4 hours later broke again. Same error code. I called and was told they can't come out til 10/17. Unacceptable. I then spoke to the care team dept told them how disappointed I am in sears service and I wanted to talk to a supervisor. Didn't get to talk to supervisor but I was advised someone would come back today. It's 5pm, hate to say it but I doubt if anyone will show up. Terrible service and when you call it's a computer and you go round and round. Sears just doesn't care!!!
