samsung refrigerator
Dave was great. We had a problem with vibration behind the refrigerator and ice build up inside and under the big bottom tray. He had to take out the back panel inside the refrigerator where there was ice build up, defrost the ice, replace the defrost sensor and a few other things. Took a long time but he was really patient, fixed everything apparently and cleaned up after he was done. He was a pleasure to deal with.

David arrived at my home - introduced himself - listed to my concerns - inspected my washer and diagnosed the problem. Then quickly repaired and gave me advice going forward. He then suggested my dryer be serviced while he was here. In doing so he discovered the vent was split and leaking! I am very grateful for his due diligence and feel co dude y my washer and dryer are in good working order now.

Dwight is a courteous and knowledgeable technician. He was very polite, adept at explaining the issue and finding the correct fix. He even took the time to explain how to prevent the issue from repeating itself. I highly recommend him and will request him if needed in the future. I wish there would have been a place on the receipt to leave a tip .
