Frank called first thing, and then called again when he was on his way. This was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the dishwasher, but it took him some time to figure out what was wrong He was very professional and courteous

David called before he arrived, knocked and entered prepared for work. I showed him the dryer and described the issue, then left him to his work. He took 10-15 minutes then came out to tell me that he believed the problem was with the timer unit, that estimated costs for parts and labor were about $535. He also offered warranty options that would cover all of my home appliances, and would result in a substantial discount on this repair. I declined the offer to either repair or warranty program. I was able to purchase the same Mfg/feature set dryer locally for $591 including delivery and appliance pickup, delivered by Feb 8th.
