James was awesome- great personality and he knows exactly what he is doing- he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and when he came back to repair my refrigerator he jumped right to it and did it very fast - I could tell he knows his stuff - he is an asset to your company in many ways -such a nice guy- give him a raise !
