I appreciate the professional, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous service provided, What I didn't like is the continual emails (appointment booked, service day is 2 days away, serviceman on his way, etc.). While it is nice to have accountability from a company, it is a bit overboard. I have been deleting emails for the past 10 minutes from this past month.
