The technician was awesome! However, the communication with the AI system that tells you when they are coming was awful!! I waited all day after 3 AI calls to only get a text at 5:45 saying my repair had been rescheduled!! This was Extremely frustrating after waiting ALL day

Kurt was wonderful! He communicated his time when he was on his way, is knowledgeable, friendly, and had a decent drive to get to us! He was super helpful and I would highly recommend him and his professionalism. 10/10, great experience!

Well, the washing machine took a while to get fixed. It took a little too long I think because I also have a freezer that has been canceled twice and still has to be diagnosed and I’m not very happy with that area of service. The technician was great very nice and personable, you guys need to hire more help because people shouldn’t wait for a month or wait that long to get there appliances fixed.
