7 visitors in, the washer is more broken than we started with. The men coming to the house were fine, but the supervisor they had to call was not! There is no number to actually call and talk to someone about all of this either. They are wanting to only return the money for the labor and part. We should get all of it back at this point. Very disappointed in this business. We will never use this again, and I recommend no one else does either!

Repair guy only got out a flashlight and his phone. He did not test anything. Was late getting here and here for 15 minutes and charged $139. Very disappointed

Horrible service. It’s been over two months waiting to get my range hood light fixed. First tech showed up and said he had no idea what he was doing and that someone would be reaching out. They have since scheduled and rescheduled multiple appointments. I took today off for a scheduled appointment and after waiting 5 hours on them I got an Ai text from them saying they need to cancel. This place is an absolute joke.

No call no show to fix my dad's dishwasher. Trying to get his money back is a joke. Have called 5 times since Feb. and still no refund. Customer service is horrible that is if you can find someone to speak to that speaks English. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Total scam and waste of money.
