I was very upset that I had told the schedule person that I had to cancel due to needing a Monday repair They said we can reschedule you but didn’t tell me I had to do it through and Very disturbing now that I’m not covered for replacement The man however couldn’t have been any nicer and tried his best to be helpful Would use him again
