I appreciate the service given by Greg. He tried to replicate the issue we saw, but adjusted a few things and was honest, that nothing major was going on. There's peace of mind now for us, especially that I'm not spending an arm and a leg on repair or replacement, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Greg and this company to anyone!

Brian arrived and took part of the dryer apart. He diagnosed 3 parts needing replacement , and he ordered them and had them delivered right here to the house. He arrived back a few days later and installed the new parts. The dryer works again and I am very pleased. Brian is knowledgeable and professional, so thank you.

Greg was very kind and so was Austin who he was training. They came in did what I needed and were polite and respectful. However the first week my appointment was canceled with no text or call about it and when I called I could only talk to an AI robot and not a real person to see why it had been canceled that was very frustrating to have to go another week without my fridge with no reason why.
