Lee was absolutely the consummate professional. He was polite, confident and straight forward. We purchased a warranty service when we bought our home in 2022. Lee is the best tech we have had in our home in 4-plus years of home ownership. We were so impressed that we were hoping his company would send him to repair our ice maker. Lee was formerly a commercial appliance repair person so he has a plethora of knowledge. Again, he came in, made his diagnosis, took our dryer apart, repaired and cleaned it without issue. If his company calls me to buy a maintenance plan that includes, Lee, I will purchase it because of him.

Moses, the Sears A/C technician, did an excellent job. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in diagnosing the issue with my A/C system. He took the time to identify the actual problem, clearly explained what was wrong, and completed the necessary repair efficiently. I really appreciate his attention to detail and the quality of his work. Moses is a great technician and provided excellent service. I would definitely recommend him.

The price was extremely high for the dampening rods replacement but Brian, our service repairman, was excellent. He was friendly, professional and able to asses the problem and complete the repair quickly! Five stars for him!!!!

Our refrigerator and freezer were not feeling as cold as they should be so we called Sears home repair. The compressor went bad which is under warranty, but the price for labor to install was over $1k. Sadly we aren’t repairing it for that price and a 30 day warranty. The service man was professional and explained what he was doing and the costs and options.

My technician was amazing! He was a great trouble shooter, kind, and honest. Sears as a company is horrible. STAY AWAY. They charged me $628.63 for a name brand part, however, the GENERIC part that was sent to me from Amazon only cost $115. That's a significant price difference for an inferior, generic part. Sears is operating using almost entirely AI and it is impossible to speak to a human being. Even the response to my email seems to be generated from AI. They took no responsibility for their dishonesty and were unwilling to refund me for receiving a generic and not a name brand part. I will be following through with a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Even Sears' feedback set up is dishonest. The star rating is the technician's performance evaluation.My technician did great and I don't want to punish him or hurt him by giving a bad review in his name. I have no way to honestly give a star rating to the company-which would be one star with a giant warning.

The tech. was very courtious and professional. He diagnosed AC and said it need replaced . He took some parts off and and I didn't hear from again.

Kurt was on time, courteous and did good work. My only complaint was that I could have bought a new washing machine for the cost of fixing a 22 year old machine.
