Eric was the only one that diagnosed my washer problem correctly. He ordered the parts needed. Installed the parts. Was very knowledgeable and courteous. Nice to have a technician that knows what they are doing. He truly cares about the customer and how he does his job. Need to have more people like him. He really takes pride in his work.
