Greg was very professional and did an excellent job in 15 mts. Very surprised as to how expensive it was. It should not have cost more than $150 to change the belt. They charged $375. They also did not give me the 10% discount the website had promised me.

Gregory was an amazing communicator! I scheduled the service, and Gregory was there first thing the next morning after confirming with me on the phone that he was on his way. I wasn't able to be there in person, but he was accurate and careful in his explanation of the problem and allowed me to direct services from a distance. Would absolutely use this service again!
