Although the Technicians have been very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional, a lot is desired from the warranty department communication. Our refrigerator problem is still not solved and has been going on since November 2024. Wrong parts delivered two times. Multiple visits and final decision to replace but still not done. Recently, the magnatron coil went bad in microwave/oven combination. Diagnosis was quick. Technician ordered the part and a wrong part was delivered. He reordered. After few days of delays Technician came today, only to find out that it's Wrong again. It's has been a month and in the meantime we bought a counter top microwave. We wait.
