My repairman, Joselito, arrived on time, was polite and very helpful in discussing our refrigerator issues. His decades long history working for Sears seemed to give him ability to diagnose the problems quickly.

Brandon was SO helpful. Went above and beyond. The company has an automated system that made it easy to track arrival time and he was super efficient and professional during the diagnostic visit. Will absolutely call them for future appliance repair needs.
