My technician was excellent, very polite and courteous, over the phone and in person... He did the furnace tune up, changed the filter and answered my questions. He gets 5 stars!!

Bennie did a great job, but beware! The website says there is a $99 fee that will be credited back to you for parts and labor, but according to him, that $99 is a trip charge that you do not get back. Definitely fraudulent advertising!

Second service call for 10 year old Maytag washer with intermittent problem. Very thorough inspection and diagnosis but not worth $600 repair. No charge for a second service call. Very satisfied with the service provided and now shopping for a new washer.
